This is your brain on technology

I don’t know about you, but sometimes as I snooze I dream about a Twitter conversation or a Facebook post.  We’re so connected with our projects and our peeps (Tweeps!) 24/7, that it’s almost a relief when the power shuts down.

What are we doing to our brains?  Plenty, according to Stanford researchers.

An article I wrote titled, TECHNOLOGY KILLED BANKER’S HOURS: We’re more productive, but is there a dark side? has just published today in Insight on Business Magazine.

Alright, I know what you’re thinking. And yes, I’m already hearing giggles. Anyone who has ever worked with me is probably chuckling right now at the irony that the editor would ask someone like me to write this story!

I confess, I have an altered brain. Do you?   Check it out. (Give it a second to load) I’d love to hear what you think!
